The client may be responsible for costs resulting from damage caused to studio property or equipment through negligence, misuse, or intentional actions.
Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled session.
The booking period includes the agreed studio usage time. Delays caused by the client may reduce the available production time and may not automatically result in an extension.
If the agreed studio setup is not ready when the session begins due to an issue on our side, WebQ Productions may provide an appropriate additional time allowance where applicable.
Cancellation and rescheduling terms may vary depending on the type of service and booking.
Clients should contact WebQ Productions as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule a booking.
Any applicable advance payment, cancellation charge, refund, or rescheduling condition will be communicated at the time of booking.
We may be unable to provide a refund for cancellations made at short notice where resources, staff, or studio time have already been reserved.
Service prices will be communicated to the client before confirmation of the booking or project.
Where an advance payment is required, the booking may remain unconfirmed until the required payment has been received.
Additional services, production requirements, extended studio time, equipment, editing, or other work outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
For video editing or production projects, the client is responsible for providing accurate requirements, source materials, references, branding assets, and other information required to complete the work.
Turnaround times may vary depending on:

Editing requirements
Client feedback
Availability of required files
Revisions
Other agreed project requirements
Where a standard turnaround time is communicated, it may be affected by delays in receiving required materials or feedback from the client.
The client confirms that they have the necessary rights and permissions to provide any photos, videos, music, logos, footage, scripts, trademarks, or other materials supplied to WebQ Productions.
The client is responsible for ensuring that their materials do not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of third parties.
WebQ Productions is not responsible for legal claims arising from materials supplied by the client.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, WebQ Productions retains ownership of its own:

Branding
Designs
Templates
Production processes
Original creative materials
Business materials
Ownership and usage rights for final client deliverables will depend on the agreed service and project terms.
Any specific ownership or licensing arrangement will be communicated separately where applicable.
Unless otherwise agreed with the client, WebQ Productions may request permission to use completed work, photographs, videos, or excerpts from a project for portfolio, marketing, website, social media, or promotional purposes.
If a client does not want their content used for promotional purposes, they should inform WebQ Productions before the project or booking is completed.
